A: Coaching sessions are held online with Google Meet, you will be sent a link to join a video call with your coach.
What is included in the package beyond the four 1:1 sessions?
A: This is a process of self-discovery and growth, and together we will create a toolkit of skills and exercises to use between sessions and during time with your horse. You will have access to online resources and worksheets to facilitate your learnings, and you will want to keep a journal to preserve your shifts and breakthroughs.
