We'll partner in strategy and action to get you unstuck, cultivate awareness and understanding, and invite the life you've been imagining.

What will I gain?
You'll uncover patterns and limiting beliefs that have been recycling to keep you stuck. Learn to see failures and successes as feedback to help you grow. Find safety in yourself to know your next right action, and gain the trust and confidence to take it. Stop the anxiety spiral and set intentions to guide you forward.
What's in a session?
Each hour-long session involves assessment of where you are now, where you want to be, and what you need to get there. We're shortening the distance between the 'knowing' and the 'doing'. We employ centering tools to connect to presence, and partner together to tackle your next right actions. Even just one session can be eye-opening, an ongoing commitment can be life-changing.
How do I prepare for sessions?
This is your invitation to take your dreams and goals seriously and create the life you want to live. Give yourself a break from the 'should dos' and 'supposed tos', be open to exploration and experimenting, and see what happens. Between sessions you'll get online resources and worksheets to check in, we'll find what works best for you to reflect and stay on track with your progress.
How often do we meet?
I know you're busy, and it's okay make your growth a priority. Getting into a routine with weekly meetings is most beneficial to support you, but scheduling is flexible. Packages include a couple extra weeks in case we have to reschedule, and we can fit more than one session into a week if that would be supportive.
What is your approach?
We take a holistic view of your life, considering the whole picture. Our experiences overlap and contribute to our patterns, thoughts, and behaviors. My work is based in connections, so we'll uncover how the elements of your life are connected and what effects that is having. How you do one thing is not necessarily how you do everything, but it can be!
Do you only work with equestrians?
Nope! Coaching with me is open to any adult looking to make a change or improvement in their life. I started out working with equestrians because I'm passionate about horses, and helping people understand and ride their horses better helps horses. As I learned more about myself through coaching, it became a natural progression from helping people understand horses, to helping people understand themselves and each other.

If you feel like you need help, but don't know how someone would help you, I've been there.
I started from a place of "I just don't think it's supposed to be this hard. Something needs to be different, but I'm not sure what it is, and I don't know how to fix it."
There was no good reason why I should have been struggling so much, and yet, I was.
I was afraid of asking for help, afraid of what it meant about me.
I was doing everything I thought I was supposed to do for success, but wasn't feeling successful. I felt drained, I was struggling through my days, talking myself into doing things that I 'should' do, but felt misaligned.
Coaching felt like a lifeline, I surrendered into asking for help as an act of courage, knowledge, and release.
